My Story

At age 4, I heard my sister’s friend playing the violin and at that moment it struck a chord in me. After begging my mum for lessons, I ended up playing for approximately 7 years performing “end of year shows” in churches and passing grades with the help of Mona Kodama, my Japanese teacher. At about this time, my sister Abigail was having singing lessons and was learning to play the piano. She suggested I take one or two singing lessons just for fun but it resulted in me wanting to take regular lessons. “You’re beautiful” by James Blunt was my very first cover!

At this point music was not a big part of my life until I performed my very first show at a school concert in front of approximately 300 people, receiving an amazing ovation. (“I’m not the only one” by Sam Smith).  Later on that summer, aged 13/14, I joined a music summer camp called “Rock Academy” teaching us intensely about songwriting, recording, performing and the business in general. This was probably one of the most motivating experiences of my life enabling me to start recording basic covers, learn guitar and attempt to start writing my own songs. At this time, around 14y, I encountered a few health challenges forcing me to stay at home, missing quite a bit of school. This enabled me to write many songs and learn my trade! This is when I realised that music was more than just a passion. It was my escape and my medicine.

About a year later, I put together several of these tracks on a CD, all recorded and produced in my studio in France. Following that, I performed many gigs both private and public in pubs, bars and restaurants. I also did a lot of "street performing" in many different places in order to earn some extra money to help me buy more equipment, helping me to improve my tracks.

Improving my skills on the guitar, piano and drums was essential for my progress when writing and producing.

As I grew in confidence, at 15 I made the decision to compete in "Pasion Chant", a singing competition in Nice, and had the honor of winning with my rendition of Prince's "Purple Rain." This marked a significant moment in my journey as a performer.

Later on, in 2018 I competed in a competition called Destination Eurovision, a pre selection process to determine who will represent France at the Eurovision Song Contest, with my song "Ailleurs". It was a great experience reaching the finals and performing my own song live on national television at 16. I was also honoured to share the stage with the renown Patrick Fiori during a performance of his song "Où Je Vis".

Following my performance at "Destination Eurovision," I had the incredible opportunity to perform at the prestigious Palais Des Etoiles in Monaco for the charity event "Les Enfants de Frankie." I shared the stage with talented sisters, Rosa, Yarah, and Norah from the Netherlands, who made two appearances on the Ellen show.

Additionally, during that time, I also made numerous radio appearances, further expanding my presence in the music industry.

In December 2020, at 19 years old, I co-wrote "Tick Tock", a song that was chosen to represent Croatia at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. It became a number one hit in Croatia as well as trending around Europe and has won two awards for “Hit of the month” and "Internet Hit".

Studying at Abbey Road Institute throughout 2020/2021 was a pivotal experience that profoundly enriched my understanding of music production and audio engineering, shaping me into a more skilled and confident professional.

I had the privilege of composing, producing, and contributing backing vocals to a song for "Una Voce per San Marino," the competition to select San Marino's Eurovision 2022 representative. The talented artist Kurt Cassar performed the song, and I'm thrilled to share that it reached the finals, which were televised live.

In 2022, I further developed my craft at The Songwriting Academy, sharpening my skills and expanding my reach as a writer. During that time, I celebrated standout placements including a cut with Astrality & Thandi on “Lost In You,” which has reached around 20 million streams on Spotify and earned spots on major playlists such as Selected. Guided by respected industry mentors, I was introduced to the U.S. market and made my first trip to Los Angeles with the support of acclaimed A&R Lee Dannay, who played a key role in facilitating my move. Since then, I’ve built a strong creative partnership with top A&R Patrick Conseil and PEN Music Group. After relocating to LA, I was honored with Best Song at the Hollywood Independent Music Awards for “My Instincts Are Tragic” by Matilde G, and have since contributed two songs to Willa Ford’s comeback album. These are just a few highlights from my recent collaborations, with many more projects and releases continuing to unfold behind the scenes.

I'm privileged to be working with exceptional writers and artists from around the globe, including places like LA, New York, Nashville, Sweden, Canada, Croatia, Italy, London, France, Denmark, and more, and now surpassing 30 million Spotify streams and counting!

Stay tuned, there's more on the way!
